I ordered items marked "in stock for delivery in 2-3 days" and 14 working days later, after several confused emails separated by 24 hours at a time' I cancelled the order. They didn't know why it hadn't been sent because the items were in stock, it's just nobody managed to read my emails and follow up by sending my order. To their credit-the refund was the most efficient part of the process. I wouldn't order again.

After the order I have been informed that it will be delayed of my delivery but I was kindly treated with a complementary gift due to that. Melanie was very helpful and kind.

I bought a De'Longhi Dinamica Plus coffee machine for £100 cheaper than any other site, with Coffee Friend also giving a free £50 voucher to spend on anything on the site (which has now been spent on copius amounts of coffee!)

There was no estimated delivery date but I was not in a hurry for the machine so this was not an issue. The machine did end up coming in about a week and a half though, which I was pleasantly surprised by (I live North East of Scotland)

I've seen a few reviews saying they'd been unwittingly entered into the VIP program (which you have to pay for). On checkout there are tick boxes which seem to go down that road, but they do not actually have to be ticked. It does look like they may have to to proceed though, so I can see people's confusion with this

DeLonghi Coffee machine delivered promptly and seems to be working properly at the moment although getting the hang of the frothing element is a bit tricky !!! My main disappointment was that it came with a two pin plug - EU - and ugly black cheap looking UK adapter. Customer services quickly replied to my query pointing out that this was in the description - I'm afraid this is not something I look for when I'm buying from a.co.uk company !! The machine was £10 cheaper and I like to support a smaller business but this plug adaptor really spoils the look as the fitted plug and lead matches the machine beautifully !! As someone with a design background this plug annoys me every time I go in my kitchen !! In hindsight I should have sent it straight back but I believe this would have cost me money !!! I would be unlikely to use this company again unfortunately.

The machine was delivered on time, and even though there was a problem with the power lead, this was remedied quickly

Everybody was really helpful and my order was shipped out very quickly on next day delivery. DPD then took a week to deliver it, but not Coffee Friend's fault at all, they were brilliant throughout!

I absolutely love the Fellow Carter travel mug I ordered and the ordering process was easy (those 2 aspects plus the excellent price get 5*) ... but the delivery time was extremely slow, hence the 3*review). I’m not sure I can necessarily attribute that to the order being placed on January 2nd and post-holiday period ??‍♀️ but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt as the website did say it can take (if I recollect correctly) up to 12 working days to arrive (it took 18). I did contact the company by email and phone to query the whereabouts of the delivery, and received courteous and quick replies which gave me a degree of confidence the product would arrive. I think Amazon spoils us with their super quick delivery times!

I ordered an item and then discovers I’d been bought one as a Xmas present. They allowed me to cancel the order. I really appreciated that.

Bought a Gaggia Classic. It was shipped from Lithuania into the UK with no customs duty to pay. Customer service on the phone answered all my questions about import. Good service and quicker than I expected delivery.

Second coffee machine ordered and delighted with the service. The item came next day.

Had a couple of issues with my order but fair play to them they dealt with it really well and their customer support was very fast to deal with the issue.

Very happy with the purchase. The only complaint I’d have is that it was not t clear the item was coming from somewhere in Europe so delivery took longer than expected, although considering that it was relatively quick delivery. I got exactly what I ordered and very happy with the machine. Would recommend

I am not going to claim that delivery was fast as it wasn't. however, I ordered a flair Neo from America, and being in the uk these are hard to get. it arrived with no issues and I have been enjoying using it for a while now. the pricing was not bat at all either especially with it having been sent from America.
over all great job.
